Er zijn maar weinig internationale wijnbeurzen die 100% gaan over "biologische wijn"

Ik verheug me persoonlijk elk jaar weer om de Millésime Bio in Perpignan (Zuid-Frankrijk)

Ongeveer 100 biologische wijnproducenten uit voornamelijk  Frankrijk, Spanje en Italië komen samen in één hal. Het leuke is dat iedereen gelijk is (groot of kleine wijnboer) en aan een soortgelijke haast saaie tafel staat. Geen indrukwekkende stands maar alleen de wijnboeren en hun wijn. Daar gaat het toch over! Puur wijn zonder show

Millesime Bio a different kind of fair 

All information about Millésime Bio 2009 (26-27-28 January 2009) will soon be available. 

Millésime Bio was created in 1993 by a handful of winegrowers from Languedoc-Roussillon, members of the AIVB-LR. Their goal was to promote their products and the features of the new vintage towards the purchasers. The event grew big, however the friendly spirit remains. This spirit shows through some characteristics.
